Hours getting cut at work?

Prepping for Obamacare, Olive Garden and Red Lobster Cut Workers' Hours; Are Other Companies Doing the same?

The looming provision of Obamacare is that fulltime workers must be provided full medical coverage by their employers. So across the country, restaurant-chain businesses - which can in aggregate employ hundreds of thousands of people - are cutting employees' hours.

It's the basic law of economics: That which is subsidized, increases. That which is penalized (or taxed, which is the same thing), decreases.

This is fundamental, but Democrats can't grasp it.
