What I don't understand is why it is labeled "emergency" drinking water. Is this water something other than H2O? If so, then it's not actually water, is it? Nope, dihydrogen monoxide is all it is. Who on earth is going to hammer, pry or cut this can open if s/he didn't have to? I mean, if the water fountain is working, are you really going to take the time to break into this bank-vault can for 12 ounces of water?
