Crucifixion is such a brutal method of execution that even the Romans reserved it only for enemies of the state, and no Roman citizens could be crucified even for that offense. But it's not too brutal for Hamas:

IMO, this is another reason why Israel's victory over Hamas must be complete and permanent.
On Tuesday, Hamas legislators marked the Christmas season by passing a Shari'a criminal code for the Palestinian Authority. Among other things, it legalizes crucifixion.
Hamas's endorsement of nailing enemies of Islam to crosses came at the same time it renewed its jihad. Here, too, Hamas wanted to make sure that Christians didn't feel neglected as its fighters launched missiles at Jewish day care centers and schools. So on Wednesday, Hamas lobbed a mortar shell at the Erez crossing point into Israel just as a group of Gazan Christians were standing on line waiting to travel to Bethlehem for Christmas.

Hamas has used over 3000 Qassam rockets. Yes. And somehow the Israelis must be victorious "completely and permanently"?
Please - explain the Christianity in this. Explain what happened to you Donald. Why are you so easily able to simply speak of death and bloodshed?
Look, it takes two parties for the terrible tragedies happening every day in the Gaza Strip. But you seem to ignore this.
Oops - subjective moderation. So far I've used no profanity. I've disagreed in civil ways. Nothing personal - unless an honest question of what has changed since 2005 is uncivil.

Bottom line - Donald used to write uplifting and spiritual posts. Then my RSS reader never picked him up for over 3 years. It did tonight - and I'm alarmed at what I consider to be a post of little depth and/or understanding.
Hey, hope I was relevant. Sarcasm on that intended. I thought I could learn something or at least grow in my understanding of Christianity from posts from you. Guess not.

Wow, you read one post in the last three years and draw a universe of conclusions therefrom. I'm impressed.
Speaking of crucifixion, the only country in the Middle East where the Christian population is not dropping is Israel and curiously enough, it's the only country in the Middle East where Christians have full religious rights.
That's why the Episcopalian and Presbyterian churches are actively anti-Irael, because...well, search me.
And of course Anonymous asserts that in any dispute both sides are at fault. Nice, pleasant thought. Any suggestions as to what Israel could do to persuade Hamas to decide it doesn't want to destroy Israel and kill Jews?
