Obama spoke with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Tuesday, where he expressed his condolences and was "working in close consultation with Israel to help achieve the release of the passengers, including those deceased and wounded, and the ships themselves."
If the O-Meister will not get tough with BP, he certainly will not do what's right here.
US President Barack Obama said Wednesday that he supports an 'independent' probe that would examine the events leading to Israel's Monday raid on the Gaza-bound protest flotilla, Army Radio reported.
This is the best he has to offer: an independent probe? What's that--an impartial proctologist? Israel already has had enough of that.
Barry, please do us all a favor and take another 40 days and 40 nights to figure this out.
