Having publicly called Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Clarence Thomas a "clown in blackface," and having been called out for that racist remark, washed-up actor George Takei doubles down and digs himself in even deeper:
You have to wonder whether Takei even listens to himself. Anyway, countless Southerners will be grateful to George for succinctly defending the display of the Confederate flag. After all, in their "view and intent," the flag is not racist. "It is instead part of the racist history in this country."
