You just can't make some stuff up:
This is a real photo of US Air Force Chief of Staff Mark Welsh's new ceremonial uniform. Leave a comment as an alternate caption.
Update:
The Winner: The Sanity Inspector, "What floor, please?"
Honorable Mention: OldTexan, "I love to watch changing of the guard at Disney World."
Bottom of the barrel: Jason in SD, "Not a caption per-se, but if the frame is expanded, do you get to see what color tights he's wearing?"

"I am the very model of a modern air force chief of staff" (fp) (if my eyes can make captcha work, I should outsource that to nigerians...)
I'll make great tips
another great 2lt idea out of HQAF
why oh why do we (AF) have the worst uniforms since 75?
Apparently the General mush have been watch some old Monty Python thinking, now I would look pretty good in that.

Tony McPeak, former USAF Chief of Staff, never lived down the derision he earned for trying his version of a new uniform (and despite the reversion from the Navy-style "aluminum stripe" rank insignia on the sleeves, it still looks like a reject from Barniff).
It looks like some people just don't learn. What is it about the Air Force that draws such loony uniform changes?
I am so good lookin'.
Madam, I am not a doorman. Call you own cab.
Old joke.
"What floor, please?"
"Sit down or this bus isn't going anywhere!"

I'll hail a taxi, sir.

It's really gay.
"Seventy six trombones led the big parade, with a hundred and ten cornets close at hand..."
The image from the wonderful musical "The Music Man" came to mind when I saw this.
The wiki article on The Music Man has a reprint of Dick Van Dyke as the con man Harold Hill in the 1980 revival.
I love to watch changing of the guard at Disney World.
looks like a Bolivian Generalisssimos' uniform....!just sayin'
Looks like a French police chief.
The US Air Force has recently instituted a flag officer exchange program with the Russian Commonwealth.
Here we see Field Marshal Yakov Smirnoff giving his first speech on sartorial tips to his new hosts.
